Pound conch until thin to tenderize.
Boil for about 1 hour.
Saute butter, red pepper, onion in frying pan. Add conch and saute.
Serve.

Pound conch until thin, almost falling apart, to tenderize.
dip in an egg wash and breading.
Fry lightly in oil.
Serve.
