'1905' Salad Columbia Restaruant
Use as salad dressing or marinade....really yummy. Thanks Kathy Doucette!
1/8 cup white wine vingear
1/2 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves,minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice
Mix garlic, oregano, and worc. sauce in a bowl. Beat until smooth with wire wisk. Add olive oil gradually beating to form an emulsion. Stir in vinegar and lemon/lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Add to salad and toss, or use to marinate fish.
